Hello. I am finally going to be blogging about something controversial in a candid manner. I'll be talking about the injustice that the LGBT community suffers. I really know quite little about the issue, but I think one doesn't need to be very knowledgeable to recognize cruelty. 

I'm going to begin my argument with the most important reason why we SHOULDN'T discriminate against them.

It is morally wrong to do so. You are persecuting a group of people for being who they are. Tell me, do their lifestyles truly affect you? Sure, it may be unsettling to some, and that is understandable, because anything out of the ordinary can be. But do they actually harm you in any way? Nope. So they really do not deserve such gross treatment from society. Those who hurt these people over their innate qualities are at fault.

Then, we have some people who believe that these people chose to be the way they are. Are you a LGBT? If no, please stop being presumptuous. Perhaps it is just partially innate. We still don't know. But according to most of these people, it really isn't a choice. We simply cannot blame them.

As for those who attempt to justify their hatred by citing various sources, whether secular or religious, I frankly don't give a damn. Hate is in itself wrong. Be careful of what you stand for. Should you have a strong belief, please question its validity from time to time, so you won't have a blind faith. Whatever it is, such hate towards the innocent should never be propagated.

Please stop being cruel and ugly. Stop making a fellow human being feel ashamed of being true to himself/herself.
